a/c condinser stopped up,its in front of the radiator. Or the condinser fan is out.

The only way you can do this that I am aware of, is to by an after market pully for the vehicle, you have to unplug and remove the A?C compressor, and bolt the new pully/bracket to the engine blok in place of the compressor.
