This formula does not take into account your fitness level. If you are just starting out use the low end. If you are in very good shape, use the high end. Lets say High end is swimming 5 miles out, 5 miles back and then have enough energy for aerobics per one of my Navy Seal buddies.
Training range:
1 Start with 220 and subtract your age = Maximum safe heart range
2. Multiply your Maximum rate by .60 [for 60%] = Low end of your range
3. Multiply your Maximum rate by .90 [for 90%] = High end of your range
4. Divide [low or high] by 6 to find 10 second heart rate.
If a 12 year old has a heart rate of 170 while exercising they should see a doctor immediately. The heart rate is very high so they should go, because its very bad for the child.
A 10-year old should have a top heart rate at about 210, and should be able to hit 170-180 during exercise w/o any concern or problem. However, those who benefit most from heart-based training are endurance athletes, and the kind of prolonged dedicated training they do usually isn't recommended for kids of that age.
A high myoglobin means that the heart muscle has been broken down. It can also mean that a heart attack happened. Myoglobin is a protein that can be found in the heart muscle.
Yes that is a very strong heartbeat, heart rates should be between approximately 110 and 160 beats per minute, although they can reach as high as 170 or 180 and as low as 100 and still be considered normal. The average will vary from baby to baby and will rise and fall throughout pregnancy.
A complication of a low heart rate or "Bradycardia" is high blood pressure.

It depends upon what "elevated" means as well as your level of conditioning. It is best to check with your physician in advance. As a rule, three minutes after your fitness exercises ends, you should be lower than 50% of your predicted maximum heart rate. Therefore, figure out your predicted maximum heart rate in advance (or just ask your physician) and check your pulse three minutes after the end of your training. If it is too high, your are training too strenuously, so reduce the intensity of your training and build up more slower to a greater degree of fitness.
depends on how tall you are. basically it should be high enough to where you the worker does not need to bend over from the waist straining your back nor should you should you have to reach too high stressing your shoulders.
The best medicine that you should take depends on the heart condition that you have. For example, if you have high cholesterol, then you should take lipitor. Aspirin is also a good medication for the heart in general.
No not always. If someone is bleeding badly for example their blood pressure will be low but heart rate high as a compensation. Blood pressure and heart rate are usually inversly related.
the website says #1 but the country website doesn't take it
I recommend a high-protein diet. But don't eat right before training an hour or two prior would be better.
