hardly. but for a garden it can be enough and is usually less dangerous to use
much less dangerous and they integrated modern innovation.
Generally water-soluble chemicals are more easily absorbed in your body and thus could be more likely to be dangerous to you
Organic food is actually healthier than non-organic food because it is produced without chemicals, pesticides, and artificial ingredients.
Pesticides can contribute to air pollution when they evaporate or drift from application sites. This can lead to the presence of harmful chemicals in the air, impacting air quality and potentially causing health risks to humans and other organisms. Measures such as using less toxic alternatives, applying pesticides under proper conditions, and following regulations can help minimize these effects.
God
the pesticides kill pests, like worms and mice, which compete with the plants for some things from the soil like nutrients, and they also eat the plant directly, killing it. if some of the plants die, then the overall yield is reduced, the farmer makes less money, and the price of food could go up. if the farming is organic, then no man made chemicals can be use as pesticides.
Chemical pesticides are dangerous to living things because they can harm non-target species, such as beneficial insects, birds, and animals. They can also accumulate in the environment, leading to long-term ecological damage and potential health risks for humans. Additionally, overuse of chemical pesticides can contribute to the development of pesticide-resistant pests, making them less effective over time.
For the average person, i would say it's negligible. The chemicals you breathe are probably at much greater percentages in your body from your day to day activities. Modern pesticides are designed to break down on their own which is why repeated apps. are necessary. Toxicity is determined by body weight & it would be hard for anyone to accidentally consume a large enough amount to do any harm even when eating treated produce that has not been washed. Pesticides are being used less and less & radiation more & more. Someone suffering from exposure (an applicator for example) will actually recover on his/her own over time with no treatment needed unless poisoning is acute. Many modern pesticides have so little active ingredient, your stomach is actually not large enough to hold a lethal amount. For some of the more potent products like rodenticides there is an antidote & is the same for all & is safety dyed so it is obviously not food.
Well, the new chemicals and pesticides are a disadvantage as they pollute water systems etc. Advantages are that people have developing farming technology in such a way that it will cause as less damage to the environment as possible. hope this helped! :)
The advantages of using a waterproofing spray over less modern methods of waterproofing include: elimination of hazardous and environmentally harmful solvents in the application process, less chemicals, and the waterproof layer is very thin and thus not affecting the appearance of the fabric.
The main benefit of modern farming is that it allows us to now create much more food using far less manpower. This increase in efficiency has been aided by the rise of more advanced technology (e.g. pesticides) and even better machinery.
