I think only if it is unused. We wanna make sure there aren't any harmful things that the wooden spoon has soaked up. I would probably buy some chewing blocks or other things that are made for rabbits. You can find those at your nearby pet stores or some local stores might have them. I know for sure Walmart has them.
For my rabbit, I give her those giant edible logs and she loves them.
I wouldn't recommend to use a wooden spoon, unless you haven't used it before, just to be sure.
