frogs are cold blooded
The place where poison dart frogs live are called rain forest. This warm, wet weather is what poison dart frogs need. The rain lets the kinds of plants the frogs need to live on grow here. The warm weather keeps the frogs from getting too cold and it also means that there are lots of insects for the poison dart frogs to eat.Tropical places , rain forest , jungles , and swamp
The Golden Poisonous Dart Frog protects itself by a parotid glands which are located behind the eyes at the top of the head and any predators that the Golden Poisonous Dart Frog has finds the poisonous glands distasteful and can tolerate these high levels, but for other animals they are not so lucky just as humans are not. The chemicals in these frogs varies from hallucinogens, nerve poisons, poison that narrow the blood vessels and convulsants.
All frogs are endothermic, or "warm-blooded" contrary to popular belief.
They tend to live in warm humid habitats
lThey have strong hinds for jumping. lTheir colors are used for camouflage. lTheir skin color is used to warn predators. lTheir alkaloids are used to make poison that are used against predators. lThey have a sticky retractable tounge they have sticky pads on their feet, for climbing trees. lIt is small, so it is easy to hide. A lot of animals that live in the rainforest will die if they eat it, so it decreases population of predators.

That really depends on its environment and the frog itself. Because frogs are ectothermic (cold blooded) they are not active in cold weather and so will not reproduce. However if the temperature is warm they will go into a sort of over active mating frenzy and reproduce many times in short succession. Another thing is that different frogs produce different numbers of young for example the cane/ marine toad produces thousands of eggs in each clutch whereas some species of poison dart frog only have about five
