"Boys" were grown up by the time they were 7 years old. Some were put into apprenticeships, others who had been abandoned as babies became monks and stayed in the monasteries, the noble boys were sent to a holding of another noble to get training as a knight. At the age of 21 he became a knight. Some, because their noble parent died became the heads of countries. The serfs began working in the fields with the parents and were foot soldiers when bodies were needed to fight for the king. Most people were dead by 30 so life was hard and short.

People were babies and then grown up. By 7 years old they were working, in an apprenticeship, or if a noble boy sent for knighthood training to another noble family until they became a knight at 21. There wasn't the spare time children have today nor were there " teenagers." That term didn't come about until 1939. Life was short in the Middle Ages and people died early from disease, war, accidentally, or at birth. A person was old if they lived to 30 years old.

First woman acted on stage during the medieval period?

Women were not allowed to act in the middle ages. Women's parts were done by young boys and men. --- Women were acting on stage at the beginning of the Middle Ages, which we know because Empress Theodora had been an actress. We do not have a lot of records from the Early Middle Ages about theater. We do know, however, that theater people were not highly regarded and we often itinerant. In particular, the plays called mummings are believed to have been very politically incorrect. That being the case, they probably obeyed laws when it suited them, and if they wanted to put a woman on stage, they doubtless would have done it.
