There is no limit to how many terms a congressman can serve. All congressmen are subject to elections (Representatives face election every 2 years, Senators every 6), but if they are not defeated they can stay as long as they want.

There are no term limits on offices in the House of Representatives. A representative may continue to serve so long as he continues to be reelected by his district. The longest continually serving representative is, as of 2012, John Dingell (D-MI), serving since 1955, a tenure of about 57 years.

Senators are six years and house members are two years.

They are free to serve as many terms as they care to try for, assuming their voting public decides they may stay.
