The 2002 Jeep Liberty rear wiper blade is unique to Jeep. You'll probably have to get the part at the dealer and may be able to ask for the install procedure.

Check the fuse. If the rear wiper fuse is good then it could be a wiring problem. Check the wires to the rear hatch, then check the motor itself.
The wiper blade is an 11". DO NOT BUY BOSCH 11" wiper blades for a replacement, unless you plan on using your old adapter fitting with the new blade....Bosch does NOT have the adapter to fit your blade, and if you break the original adapter, you cannot use the Bosch blade. I learned this the hard way. I believe that Anco makes an 11" blade that will fit the Jeep Liberty 2002-2004.
