Take the registration papers (for the vin number and proof of ownership) to your local Cadillac dealer and they will make you a new set of keys with that info.
Check with your local Chevy dealer. They should be able to create another key for you. Be sure to have you vin number and vehicle information handy.
Your Mazda dealer can replace the keys using the codes for your particular vehicle, or in the worst case re-key the ignition and doors.

Depending on the year of the Sequoia, if all keys are lost, the dealer will tell you that the computer must be replaced. This is not entirely true. Some locksmiths offer an immobilizer reset service which will generate keys for the existing computer. The dealer is not capable of providing this service, so they will often tell you that it can't be done and that the computer has to be replaced.
