Windstars have a problematic issue with the heater door/damper actuator failing and damper then falls shut allowing only cold air in the vehicle. The actuator is located behind the radio and there are other htr/ac problems with solutions included on this site that thoroughly step you through the repair process of this actuator. It is the size of a pack of cigarettes and the cost is $35-$40 at auto stores.
Does that mean that you replaced the thermostat AND the sensor? If not, you really need to replace the thermostat. A sticking thermostat can cause temperature swings and potentially overheat the engine. BTW, BMW engines tend to have serious problems when they overheat. Don't let it overheat or you might be buying a new engine.
get a new oven
I have a 96 Cher. sport 4.0 HO with about 130k miles on it I don't remember when my heating problem started but I have replaced: water pump, thermostat, fan clutch ( I was actually looking for a direct drive fan clutch replacement like gm makes no luck), flushed the system, replaced electric fan, and cat converter ( if its simi clogged it could cause the engine to run warm. I guess about the only thing I have not replaced or tryed is the actual temp sensor and guage to see if its lying but the engine really does seem to be hot as well as smell hot0 Someone said to remove the thermostat, but these engines are designed to run at around 195deg so that might mess up the computer. If anyone has any answers I would appreceiate the help also!
No,Eminem is alive and never got replaced by anyone.
Sure thing, and they've all been awarded a Darwin Award.
Water pump with a broken impeller blade. Possibly defective fan relay, fan motor, or fan clutch, depending on what it uses.
Broken blend air door/actuator....replaced many of them
in the end of the radiator hose on the block.
In the WHAT? You need to finish the question before anyone can answer it!
has anyone replaced the relay switch?
Yes. Brian Epstein replaced Allan Williams in 1962. Also, Ringo Starr took over Pete Best's role as a drummer.
