Yes they can
i can vouch for this first hand. i installed autolite 25 in my truck ( from autozone , had the guy look em up and hand em to me ) they are "supposed" to work with my engine , came pre gapped and everything. i double triple checked the gap on every plug and installed them. upon engine turnover the engine shook in a severe fashion and was misfiring on almost every cylinder. i returned the autolite plugs and got the factory installed plugs ( 10 cents more each lolol) installed those plugs and the shakes were instantly gone.
first hand experience, can u ask for anything more.
Internal engine damage.
Unscrew (Try it and see!) It is hard to imagine any car/vehicle engine that has push-in pull-out spark plugs! The pressure from the burning/exploding fuel would pop them all out as soon as the engine started!
There are several things that can cause your 1995 Chevrolet Blazer to shake when accelerating. Bad spark plugs and spark plug wires can cause the vehicle to shake. Tuning up the engine may eliminate the problem.
Worn spark plugs would cause mis-firing or non firing cylinders, both are no good for the engine, replacing the plugs may stop the knock (Could also be a different problem) But you should replace spark plugs as soon as possible.
Changing the plugs and plug wires correctly has nothing to do with nor can it cause an oil leak.
coil, distributor, distributor cap, plugs, or wires.
The plugs are under the coil packs that are on the passanger side of the vehicle. This is of course if you have the 4.0 engine. I would need to know more about your vehicle to gie you the best answer.
Coolant entering the combustion chamber and the oil pan. This will cause serious engine damage and stalling due to the plugs getting wet. You should not even be driving a vehicle with a blown head gasket unless you do not care if you destroy the engine.
If talking about spark plugs - they are what creates the spark in the engine to ignite the air/fuel mixture to propel the vehicle.
Wiring and internal engine problems can cause misfires.
Find the coil pack or distributor on the vehicle and follow the wires from there to the engine block.
It COULD, but multiple plugs would have to be very fouled. If just one has gone bad, the vehicle would still start, but would just be "missing" on that one cylinder.
