Yes and no If you pulled a 3100 out of the cutlass, the newer motor will fit however you may have to swap a few of the sensors to the old ones, because i know these cars use different computers. and different wiring harnesses. so yes it will fit and work but it will just take a little more time to do this than to use a pre obd2 motor in your pre obd2 car. hope this helped
yes but make sure to use the speedometer cable from the lumina "if the tires are same size"or it will be off.
yes
where is the fuel pump relay located on 1995 oldsmobile cutlass supreme 3.1L
108mph for the 3100 engine
no difference 3.1 and 3100 are the same
it should fit,the mounts are the same.
Is this for a 3.1 or 3100 V6? If so, the short push rods are for the intake valves.
The oil pump is found on the bottom on the 1995 Chevy Lumina's engine. It is mounted on the front of the crankshaft
if the car is a 95 and up, it under the exhaust crossover pipe
On the 3100 engine it is located between the master brake booster and the rear head of the engine on driver's side. It has a wiring connector on top and EGR is held on by two 10mm bolts. Can be installed backwards if not careful.
I recently had a 1990 Chevy lumina apv 3.1L engine put into my 1992 Pontiac transport, if that answers your question.
What size engine? 3.1 or 3100? yes there is a difference. j1taylor@twcny.rr.com
