Yes it will fit. But this is what you will need to make it run RIGHT. You will need the complete engine, transmission and fuel pump wiring harness. The computer and the transmission plus the electric fuel pump. And all of these things MUST come from the 97 truck and be installed in the 90 truck are you will never get the engine running. You will also need the oxygen sensors out of the exhaust system on the 97 it has 2 of them and the 90 model has 1.

Yes, it is all the same.
Basically Chevrolet and GMC are identical expect logos and names. So parts that are used for a Chevrolet can easily be interchanged on a GMC truck even a truck topped.
Chevy and GMC truck and many more GM vehicles.
Yes it is the same fender.
yes i does just keep the wiring from that same truck and it should be fine
No, Car and truck rims have a different bolt patteren.
Yes, they will bolt up. If I remember correctly, from 73-87 was pretty much the same truck.
No ford and Chevy stud patteren is different.
yes it does
No the wheels will not fit because they do not clear the brake calipers on the truck. The wheels maybe the same size but the rims don't have the clearance for the calipers
