I currently have a 1972 Ford F250 with a 460 in it.
A 460 big block.
yes as long as its a 5 lug car they should fit. Ford kept them pretty much the same thru 73'
Yes. The motor and transmission will fit but you will need to redo the front springs and possibly change motor mount locations. I have a 1988 mustang lx with a ford 460 sitting in it.
Ford has a 460 cu. in. engine, if that's any help. There is the Lexus LS 460 and the Lexus GX 460. Then there is the Volvo 460. And the Mustang SMS 460. Thats all I am aware of.
You can fit up to a 460 without too much modification (only shock tower work). If that is what you really want check out Crites. They have custom mounts and headers for that application.
Yeah why would you do that its an insult to mopars to put that in a FORD! A 460 will present far less parts conflicts. Put it in a duster.
There was no boss Mustang in 1972
The 1978 thunderbird had a 460 as one of its optional engines so yes it can fit
Will a 1998 3.8 mustang engine fit in a 2000 Mustang 3.8 engine?
Mustang wheels will fit on a 2000 Crown Vic depending on the year of the Mustang.
The mufflers of a 2012 V8 Mustang cannot fit a V6 Mustang of the same year.
