Two possibiities: 1. your positive crankcase ventilation valve is clogged. A new one would cost aroung $4.00. 2. If your engine is a very high mileage engine you may have some "blow by" causing oil vapors to be forced back up through the intake. The only remedy for that is an engine rebuild. If the PCV is okay and the engine seems to run okay I don't think I'd spend the money to rebuild the engine in a car that is that old. Just keep wiping out the excess oil and drive her until she is completey worn out.
Mounted next to the oil filter.

temp light is on a 1991 Chevy lumina car not hot...
Should be by the alternator in the back
why does my 1991 Chevy lumina that when going up a hill or when it reaches approximatly 65 mph starts hestitating, when cars get older they do that.
I doubt it
You could, but it would probably be a bit more effective just to fix it the right way.
If it is missing it is probaly a coil pack
Raise the car up on ramps or on jack stands. Get under the car on your back and center yourself under the car. You should see the oil filter on the front of the engine, underneath.
