You have to pull the inside door panel off. Once removed, look for the door latch mechanism and pry it with a screwdriver. This will release the door.

suggestions, make sure key is installed the correct way, if its A double cut key try turning it over because the ignition is actually only got tumblers on one side, make sure the shifter is in park, If this does not work then I suggest replacing the ignition switch.
