is your tranny fluid up . sometimes if you have a leak detected under car you can tighten up the boltds without worriing about costly repair bill. They do vibrate loose. Or call a n.a.p.a. store or autozone sometimes they can scan the codes to sell you the part and most likely it will be a bolt on electrical part. Check fluid first ( read dipstick)
