you are having an idle problem man , when you turn the power steering pump takes place from engine idling power
second sugestion , if you are about running out of fuel , means only 10 or less liters reman , it the guy may not reach the fuel during turning and it sucks air so it stall or turn off
listen while in park turn steering wheel to the end of the right or left and see , if it stalls its an idle problems , if it stalls on curvy roads and hard turnings so you may have a fuel missing due to the above mentioned.
check dimmer switch for headlights
It shouldn't unless you're turning too sharply. You might be low on gas. There might be something mechanically wrong with your car.

well for one is your keyed turned all the way off. But i would say you probably have a short in you wiring somewhere. But try turning off the heater while the car is running then shut your car off.

No it is not. But I have heard it could be damaging over time to the A/C compressor to turn off the engine with the A/C on.
That is normal. Chrysler only built the car with two ways to turn off alarm. One is with remote. The other is turning ignition on with the smart key. There isn't a way to permanetly turn alarm off.
