A 2008 Ford Focus 4 door will do 108 on flat ground. I can only assume the 11' model is about the same. That is not true i have a new 2011 Ford Focus and it tops out at 112/113 on flat ground been to 116 going down hill. And over 150 off a cliff. But watch out for a sudden stop.
Stop by a local Ford dealer - confident they can either help you, or point you in the right direction for a replacement card.
