My 1998 Chevy Lumina has air conditioning. I assume that was the question if Luminas come with a/c.
It comes on when wheel spin is detected. This indicates the system is working.
If you wait for a light to come on, you'll be stranded... No light.
1990
The temperature light comes on in a 1992 Chevy Lumina when the temperature of the engine reaches the boiling point. The light may also come on if the transmission gets too hot. Usually a leak in the radiator system will cause a loss of fluid and lead to the temperature light, but it could be anything and must be checked.
Your check engine light should come on. You will have poor performance from the engine, no get up and go.
well basically you need to fill your coolant system up I'm not familiar with Chevy's but refer to the car manual
Replacing the water pump will not cause the check engine light to come on. Either it is a coincidence or you have accidentally disconnected a wire or damaged a sensor somehow.
Begin by removing the tire and wheel from your 2000 Chevy Lumina. Remove the brake spring and the break caliper. The rear brakes will come off.
Drain the oil from your 1996 Chevy Lumina oil pan. Remove the oil pan retaining bolts. The oil pan will come off.
the headlight assembly needs to come out in order to replace the bulb.
I believe it comes on when the a/c is turned on but not positive
