With some modification, yes
The Dodge Ram Hemi V8 engine operates on the 'Multi-Displacement System' developed by Chrysler. This system closes four of the V8's cylinders when the car is going at a steady speed.
Hemi actually is a short form for Hemisphere. The term refers to a hemi engine which has been described as an internal combustion engine in which the combustion chambers are of hemispherical form. For many centuries hemispherical combustion chambers were used in cannon and mortars and these chambers were initiated on some of the earliest automotive engines before the concept of nternal combustion engines were proved.
Cars are cool. They are very niffty but cost some serious money. My favorite car is a black Dodge Charger that i own with a 10.00 Hemi!
There are a variety of features of the 2008 Dodge Charger. Some of these features are anti-theft locks, braking and traction, electrical and engines and emissions.
Some honda i-DSI engines, alfa romeos Twin spark and nissan's NAP-Z engines had dual spark plug setups. 1989-1991Ford 4 cylinders and Mercedes M112 and M113 also had 2 spark plugs per cylinder.

hello, i did some research on your question, and i came across the answer. yes they both use the same fuel injectors. the only major change to the 5.7l hemi was in 06 when Chrysler put the MDS on the ram. hope this helps you out on your question. have a good day.
Obviously a 5.7 Hemi, a trans for the Hemi, wire harness and computers for the Hemi, Additional abs sensors for the Hemi, Some possible frame modifications for the mounts. You would basically need a donor truck, and have to swap everything under the hood, and you would stil have computer issues. The engine computer on the Hemi requires front abs sensors. The Dakota normally doesnt have 4 wheel abs. A large percentage of Hemi trucks also have the anti theft (chipped) key. You would possibly have to install that system too. Basically, more work than it is worth.

Some do, some don't. Some do, some don't. If you call the Dodge dealer with your VIN number, they can tell you if yours does....
