Per AllData buy High Idle Service Kit from ford part # xf1z-15k607-aa. Must splice into cable just before TPS (Throtle Possition Sensor) Conector. Low idle usually Idle Air solinoid. A vacuum leak can give you the same problem. Make sure you have none.
