on the fuse panel under the steering colum
The wiper relay is actually built into the wiper motor. Horrible design. Why do you ask? You cant turn off your wipers?
On a 199o f 150 the wiper relay is behind the glove box. it frustrated me looking for it too. I call a ford dealer. good luck
On a Ford F-150, the wiper relay is found in the engine compartment. It is located in the fuse/relay housing.
Small black box mounted under dash by drivers left knee. Connected to wiper switch on one end and goes to wiper motor at the other.
In the switch
the fuse for the wipers is under steering wheel in the fuse panel. Check the diagram on the panel for listing.
If they are going on by themselves, check the wiper switch or the connections on the wiper motor. More than likely it is a bad switch.

Check owner's manual. If you don't have one copy and paste link below;www.fleet.ford.com/maintenance/owners_manualsThe horn relay will not be in the owner's manual. That is a dumb answer. The horn relay is behind the duct above the glove compartment.
