Behind the top pulley toward the front of the car. Follow the large radiator hose on the passenger side. Leave belt on to loosen four pulley bolts. You'll need the belt to hold tension so it wont just spin. Small impact works the best. Once pulley removed, there are 5 small bolts to the water pump. You may need prybar to pop it loose. Pay attention to how pump is positioned. Saves time trying to line up the new one. It only goes on one way, but bolt pattern looks symetrical. Put some high temp silicone on both sides of the new gasket, makes it easier to "stick" in place while installing. It is a really easy job. I've done two this week.
