no, they have a BPV (or by-pass valve) it routs the air back into the intake after the MAF so your computer can figure put the a/f ratio properly.

One is the connection to the transaxle (speedometer cable) The other two are the starter wiring harness connectors. One snaps into the top of the starter there should be a connector that you slip it into. The other connector goes right below that on the bolt. Slide it on and tighten.
From all the research I have done on the Talon I would say it should match up perfect. the 1990-1994 models are all the same. Your best bet would be to get the part, test fit it, and then install it.
