how do you connect the hyraulic master cylinder to the clutch slave cylinder on a 2000 chevy S10 pickup 2.2 4.cylinder
You will need to remove the transmission to replace the clutch slave.
Inside bell housing. Transmission has to be removed to gain access to the slave cylinder/throw-out bearing.
One per cylinder, a four cylinder has four, a six cylinder has six and so on.
The slave cylinder is inside the trans. If you need to replace it you will have to pull the trans out. Its not that bad, its a afternoon though.
the slave cylinder is bolted to the drivers side of the transmissions bellhousing, the reservoir for it is on tne drivers side firewall

Will a Chevy blazer engine fit in a Chevy s10 pickup
If its a 4 cylinder its the very front toward radiator, if its a v6 its the very front cylinder on the drivers side
The slave cylinder on my s10 in on the driver side of the transmision. There are only 2 nuts that have to be removed to take the slave cylinder off. Then u must take out the pins to remove the clutch line.. Hope this helps
