The oxygen sensor is located on the upper portion of the exhaust manifold near the back bank of cylinders on your van. A special socket is required to remove it without damage.

There is one on each side of the catalytic converter.
It is screwed into the exhaust manifold behind the engine.
Its located in the exhaust pipe on rear of engine.

21 is for the oxygen sensor reading staying at center.
Sensor one is screwed into the exhaust manifold behind the engine.
There are two. One before and one after the catalytic converter behind the engine.
It does not have a maf.
It only has one, and it is in the rear exhaust manifold.
