Inside the oil pan bolted to the engine block.
where is the oil plug on my 1990 park avnue
= How do you reset change oil soon light on 1993 buick park avenue? =
Bottom of the oil pan.
The Purolator oil filter L10111 fits several cars. A few of them would be the Buick Century, the American Motors Concord, Eagle and Spirit, the Asuma GT and SE, the Buick Electra, Lacrosse, and LaSabre.
You can find the 1993 Toyota oil drain plug on the bottom of the oil pan. The oil drain plug will be in the center of the oil pan, near the front.

on the bottom of the engine's oil pan
If you are talking about the oil pan drain plug, then crawl under the car and look. You will see it. No offence, but, If you cannot find it, then you are not qualified to change your own oil, and I suggest you pay someone to do it for you.
