Pretty sure it's on the driver's side transmission. It's integrated with the neutral safety switch...
There is no reset. If faulty it must be replaced.
The neutral safety switch is located on the driver side of the transmission on the shelf part of the trans.. It screws down into the trans. and has a four wire plug connector.
If it is an immediate cut off then most likely neutral safety switch, if its a little slower most likely torque converter or transmission.

Put it in gear and try to start the car. Then put it in either park or neutral and try to start it.Cranks in gear or doesn't crank in park/neutral: switch is bad.Doesn't crank in gear but cranks in park/neutral: switch is good.
Remove the plastic cover over the switch at the clutch pedal. The CRX switch can be unscrewed and replaced by disconnecting the wires and twisting the switch out.

If this is an automatic transmission, the switch is located on the driver side of the transmission housing where the linkage plugs into the transmission. If it is a manual transmission the clutch safety switch is located near the top of the clutch pedal.
ignition switch...baterry cables...starter...ALARM????
