most maf sensors are in the air intake hose from air filter to throttle body.

From the information I have been able to gather, the 95 Chrysler cirrus do not have mass air flow sensor. Two different auto parts stores & 1 Chrysler dealer informed me that this particular vehicle does not have the sensor. Hope this helps, because I was looking for the same thing.

95 through 2000 cirrus' do not have a mass flow sensor. I noticed that when I put a cold air intake on my 99 .
There is a air duct hose that comes out of the air filter box and goes to the engine. The MAF sensor is right were the air hose starts out of the filter box.
A 99 civic actually doesn't have a mass air flow sensor. It uses a Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor and the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) instead to determine how much air is entering the engine.
There is no MAF sensor on a 1996 accord.
