After consulting several sources, someone finally called a local Buick dealer who informed me that a 1990 LeSabre does NOT have a map sensor, it was the Mass Air Flow sensor that needs replacing.
You will find the ICM directly below the coils. Just remove the coils and you will be able to remove it. This is on a 1990 Buick Century V6 3300 engine. If you have a different engine I cannot confirm the location.
The sensor is locatedon the top back of the transmission. You have to remove the air filter, and housing to easily get at at.

The 1990 Buick Century has a timing chain and not a belt. No replacement is necessary.

The 1990 Buick LeSabre oxygen sensor is located on the outside of the air cleaner housing. The oxygen sensor will be on the back side of the housing.

I had the same problem with my 90 buick century, Replacing the temperature sensor did the trick, it is located above and behind the water pump.
Fuse box on 1990 Buick Centur is in dshboard by glove compartment
Try it, if it doesn't work then all you have to do is go to Walmart and get an adapter for it.
