Here is where I found the code in my 2005 Town Car. I assume 2007 is the same. I removed the driver's side door panel. Inside there's a black box with several harnesses , (towards the top, close to rear view mirror) . There's a label on the box showing the code. e.g in mine it showed 1/2 5/6 5/6 3/4 9/0 so my code is 15539 or you can use any combination you like using the same buttons.
To remove the door panel, there are 3 screws at the bottom. Look for small openings in the fabric. Insert a phillips screwdriver and try to feel the screw head. Remove the pull strap and 1 torx bolt under a liitle plastic cover behind the handle to open the door. Then use a pry bar to pull the door panel out. No need to disconnect any wires.
