haah on the steering wheel! Horn on my 1992 Dodge Shadow 2.2 non turbo is located in the engine compartment, passenger side to the left of the AC compressor bolted to the chassis.
under hook by battery.
Bottom of the oil pan.
the horn relay is under the dash on the driver side along with two other relays.
4.5 quarts with filter
not sure on a 92 but I have a 97 Dakota & the fuse for the horn is under the hood. Check the fuse box on the left fender well. inside the cover should tell which fuse it is
inside , drven by the timing belt
I believe that you can switch the Horn Relay with the Fuel Pump Relay and if the horn no longer works and the Fuel Pump does then that relay went bad... try that, its a sure fire way to know whats wrong... If it checks out good it might be a Defective Fuel Pump.
Probably timing belt is worn out or jumped a tooth
Go to Chrysler they can get the book for you cheap
you could have a small hole in your exhaust between your engine and your muffler....you can patch the exhaust or replace your exhaust
Dodge Shadow was created in 1987.
