The horn on a 2003 Chrysler Town and Country is located at the front of the engine compartment. It is positioned to allow the sound to effectively travel away from the vehicle.
On most years it requires a scan tool.
It's in the driver's side front wheel well behind the headlight
In front of the driver-side front tire well. Locate from underneath car (not visible from hood.)
Check for a recall on the clock spring. If your CD player and horn aren't working, or if the Air bag or ABS light is on, its almost surely it.
There are ten steps on how to fix a horn in a 2001 Chrysler Towncar. Some of the step-by-step instructions are identify the type of broken car horn it is, pop the hood and have someone press the horn, and then locate the horn or horns on the radiator core support or behind the car's grille.
Check the ground. Most horns work on the principle it is hot all the time, but blows when grounded. AJ
I just took out horn relay and fuse, reconnected battery and waited. Car started up and ran. Don't have a clue why it worked.
Recalls typically are, as they're much different from warranty work.

Pull the fuse for the horn.
on what model of Chrysler are you replacing a horn on/ make sure its not a fuse or wiring to horn. horn connection is prone to the elements and may corrode. make sure ur getting power to connector before you "DOOM" your horn
