the heater blower fan is in the heater housing assembly on the passenger side. You need to take out the whole housing assembly in order to access the blower.
How do you replace the fan motor on a jeep cheerkie
you should have three belts total. Going from the fan towards the distributer the first belt should be the power steering, then the actual fan belt, then the third belt is the alternator / a/c belt, i hope this is helpful for you! So for the answer to your question, there is one fan belt, the second belt in from the fan!
First check your fuses. Next check your fan to see if it is working and if the wires are hooked up. The fan is located in the engine compartment on the passenger side. If the fan tests good it is your heater relay located on the heater core cover or the fan switch on the heater control. The heater control is in the passenger compartment. The fan switch will usually work on at least one setting.
For the radiator electric fan... Depends which fan you're talking about ? The heater fan or the radiator fan ?
Replace the blower motor resistor.
If its the fan speed your talking about its likely that the speed controller on the fan is broken and had its days
Jeep Cherokee's have 2 cooling system fans and one climate control fan. One cooling system fan is fan belt driven and the other one is electric and is turned on/off by the engine computer at about 215*. The A/C and heater fan is electric.
check the switches and the motor
No. The ac and heater fan only has one resistor. The control switch is also failure prone on that vehicle.
The blower motor may be failing or there could be debris caught in the fan.
Under the hood, on the passenger side firewall, close to the passenger side fender.
