There isn't a water control valve. The airflow is directed around the heater core by a door to control temp.

The heater controlvalve is located on the firewall just to left of your powerbrake booster.It will have two hoses going to it,one goes directly into firewall and the othoier hose will be attached to your heater control valve,then spliced to your firewall! Hope this helps.
Heater Control Valve IF there is Vaccume going 2 it.Butt feel both heater hoses & if the Valve is bad - only one hose will b HOT.
either your heater control valve is bad or you heater control switch on your dash is broken pull the knob of and see if it is cracked.

This is an indication that your heater core is leaking. To stop the leaking you will have to replace the heater core or stop using your heater.
The 1991 Acura Integra idle air control valve can be found on the firewall. The valve will be on the drivers side of the firewall.

The idle air control valve is located on the throttle body, and the EGR valve is located on the intake manifold.
The air control valve on a 1991 4.3 S10 is on the engine. Kindly refer to your usual manual to see the exact point, where it is located. The Idle Air Control is attached to the base of the throttle body.
