To remove:
Remove the 3 screws on the bottom portion of the glove box.
Remove the 1 screw (facing you) which is holding the plastic air diverter (points air flow at the passenger's feet). Carefully pull out the diverter.
Remove the 3 screws on the bottom of the heater fan.
Unclip the power supply for the fan. The fan is now disconnected.
