Fuse box on driver side of dash to the left of the light switch.
It is in the fuse panel box under the steering wheel on the left hand side, if you are sitting in the the truck. Should be above the hood release handle. The panel cover just pulls out and it should say headlight above the fuse.
You can either disconnect it from the relevant fuse or take your car into the shop for computer diagnostics.

The headlight one itself is labeled as 'Head' and is a 20 Amp 1/4 Sized Yellow fuse, there should be a spare in the same box if not go pick some up from any auto parts store -Swkneedragger.
