Just under the hood, pop it open, by the battery, there is this black box, snap it open by pessing the flaps on the sides, then there are a couple of screws, try open that cover up, and if not unscrew the screws, and just underneath the cover there is a diagram, the #46 relay is the HDM (headlamp module) try swapping it with #45 the coolant relay (just temporarily) if the hadlamps work back on, it means the #46 relay is blown, replace it, will cost around 30 to 40 bucks on your favorite auto parts store.
