The GEM module resides behind the fuse panel under the dashboard. It is to the left of the brake pedal. There are 3 connectors on the bottom that quick release and there are 3 connectors on the left side which have a screw that holds each of them down. If you are going to attempt this, make sure you disconnect the battery before you pull things out.
