the computer box on a 1992 topaz is on the drivers side under the dashboard on the firewall behind the fuse panel to the left i would think a 1993 would be similar
It is in your fuse pannel which is below the headlight switch. I forget the exact fuse but I think its in cavity #13?? Double check your manual, it'll be in the servicing section in the back.
The fuse block should be located to the left of the steering column, under the dash. Depending on which Mercury GS you have (sable, topaz, etc.) it should be a relay located in the fuse block.
I believe that you should just have a fuse for the electric fuel pump. The regulator is just a valve. If the pump has shut down, and all electric is good, then youi have to replace the pump in the tank.
In the fuse pannel which is below your headlight switch, check your manual as to which exact fuse it is, there may even be a diagram on the bottom of your dash if you don't have your manual.
The fuse for the air conditioning in a 1989 Mercury Topaz is typically located in the fuse box under the dashboard on the driver's side. Consult the owner's manual for the exact fuse location and its corresponding rating. If the fuse is intact and the AC is still not working, it may be a sign of a larger issue that requires professional diagnosis.
under drivers side dash
Way the heck up there on the driver's side. Its kinda hidden, because it is closer to the door on the left side.
Look to the left of steering wheel, under the lower dash panel.Be prepared to be a contortionist.Just one of Fords better ideas.
