If you are talking about the inertia switch, it is in the hatch on the driver's side under the floor mat behind the wheel well.
in this case its ok to push the red button
the fuel pump shut off switch is in the trunk at the back on the drivers side, underneath a carpet/wood cover.

The switch is located on the drivers side rear wheel house under the mat / carpet. These often corroded so the switch may be shot. Bypass it to see if that fixes the problem; if not, you may have a bad fuel pump.
in the trunk lift the carpet on the drivers side in the trunk and there is a sticker on the bottom of the panel. now you just have to find out how to reset it and that i cant help u with sorry! You push the button on the switch to reset it it is located on top of the switch itself it could have rubber over it but it is there just push the top of the unit and youll figure it out!
i don't know about a probe forsure but is in the trunk on a tompo or topaz on th left side near the top
The fuel reset switch on a 2001 ford F-250 is located behind the passenger side kick panel. There is a hole cut in the kick panel so you can reset without removing the panel.

Turn the brightness control up. Could be the reset button for the odometer or another switch.
my 1996 Ford E-350 cutway has the reset switch located behind the kick panel ahead of the passenger side door.
I don't know if your 1993 is the same as the 1996 Ford Probe , but on the 1996 it's under the carpet in the drivers rear of the cargo area , covered by a rubber cap , you push the raised portion of the rubber down to reset the switch ( P.S. close to the taillight )
