It is located inside the fuel tank. Therefore, the tank needs to be dropped. At the top you can see where the lines go into the tank. Once the fuel and electrical lines are disconnected, there is a large white plastic cover (about 7" in diameter), that can be removed by rotating it like a screw. The fuel pump assembly is attached to that cover.
