The Haynes manual says that on the newer models,the flashers are in a "convenience center" located on the driver's side kick panel in the footwell. I haven't seen one, so I can't be much more help. If you don't find it, it may be located inside the steering column shroud.
With the car not running and the radio off, turn on the turn signal or the 4 way flashers and listen for the click click click of one of the flashers. That should help you find them. While you're replacing one flasher, you might as well replace the other one too, just because.
