On a 92 Cadillac Coupe DeVille there are two. If you want the one for the turn signals, it is located under the dash on the left side. To access it you will have to remove the plastic panel under the left side of the dash (7mm bolts). Look to the left (drivers side) of the bracket that holds the fold-down fuse panel.
If you want the one for the four way flashers, it is also located under the left side of the dashboard To access it you will have to remove the plastic panel under the left side of the dash (7mm bolts). Look to the right (passenger side) of the metal bracket that holds the steering column, it will be cliped on there.
