The temp sensor for the ECM (engine control module) is next to the thermostat housing.
It controls shorting and overload protection for the electronic control module, the "brain" or "computer" located under the right 'kick panel', passengers side.
A 1995 Dodge Ram does not have a transfer case control module. The transfer case is mechanically controlled.
Replace the ignition module and see if that don't fix your problem.

The logic control module on a 1995 Chrysler Concord 3.3 liter is on the passengers side. it is located underneath the dash.
The Electronic Control Module (ECM)/ Powertrain Control Module (PCM) is located inside the passenger compartment under the dashboard behind the relay panel. Remove the lower trim panel under the glovebox for access to the relay panel and the ECM/PCM.

BCM, body control module. It controls lights, wipers, alarm, etc. PCM, powertrain control module. It is the engine computer.
Check fuse(s) and wiring. Could also be the control module, an electronic marvel that cannot be repaired only replaced. The throttle link between the gas pedal and the engine could also be broken.
