On the bottom of the radiator is a large drain plug.
Bottom of radiator.
Drain plug is hex 17mm; fill plug is hex 13mm
You have to remove the pan if there is no drain plug
Facing the car, the drain plug is on the left side of the bottom of the radiator. If you look under the front bumper you can see it on the left, bottom, of the radiator.
Drivers side, about midway up and in the middle of the trans you will find a plug for filling.
A 2000 Jeep does not have a torque converter drain plug.
Should be a drain plug at bottom of transmission Should be a fill plug at side of transmission - fill to this level
If you are talking about draining water out of the cab than they are under the carpet in the floorboards. There are a couple of them. Just lift up the carpet and you will see little black plugs. Just pull them out and your jeep will drain out.
look about mid way on the transmission, on the drivers side, the drain plug will be on the bottom, and the fill plug will be half way up the casing right above it.
If I remember correctly the are both on the back side, one low for draining and one high for filling.
