Is the frame positioning correct? If not, jack the frame up to relieve the stress on the door jam and it should open effortlessly
1988-1999 Chevy and GMC full size the door speakers are six and a half inch on the extended cab the pillar speakers are 4x6 in. Some Silverados also had a small tweeter inside the door.

The Chevrolet Silverado comes in both 2 door and 4 door models. The regular model has 2 doors, the extended cab has rear access doors and the crew cab has 4 doors.

The answer to your queston is on a sticker in the door jam of the truck.
Sounds like one of the door switches or wire running to them is shorted to ground, since the indicator and cab light are looking for a ground to come on. Some vehicles will not allow power door locks to work while doors are ajar.
My 1996 Silverado Ext. Cab has 6.5" in the door panels as well as 4x6" in thee rear pillers..

The sizes are 6 1/2" front doors and 4x6" rear if it is ext cab or single cab and 6 1/2" rear if its 4 door.
