In the passenger compartment fuse panel , located below and to the left of the
steering wheel , by the brake pedal ( it has a cover on it )
( fuse # 29 is a 20 amp fuse for the cigarette lighter )

The simple answer is that it is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. The more complicated answer is that price varies by location. I live in central Maryland and recently paid $550.00 for a 4 inch barrel Taurus model 44.
If the fuel line is clogged, the fuel filter is usually the location where it happens. Fuel filters are relatively cheap and easy to replace but the location of them is model specific.
The "last" Taurus wagon was produced in December 2004, which would have been a 2005 model year. The Taurus name though was revived after a short retirement, and in the 2008 model year, the "Freestyle" was rebadged as the Taurus X, taking it's place in the lineup as a wagon model.
