On the bottom of the steering column, on mine it's a large red handle.
Under the bonnet (on mine) go to the centre of the front and feel carefully for a horizontal plastic switch, push it right and the bonnet will open
The support arm is across the front above the radiator.

i have the same car, do you mean the catch to release the front of the car so you can see the engine? that's a little red paddle under the steering wheel, pull it towards your knees.
